At last, after nearly 6 months we can finish this software as well (from the scheduled 4 months). We have many obstacles in the process of data collection, reporting formats and procedures on the preparation process.

This software is specifically made with the contract of intellectual property rights owned by PT. Artanusa Indoetam. This software is an integrated project management system that developed in stages and according to the company's procedures.

In software development business, we have a software to deal with the issues (Issue Manager) which occurs both in the process of development, implementation or after a software release.

This kind of software is widely available on the Internet, started from a free and based on Python such as Trac, PHP-based such as Eventum (from MySQL), to commercial JAVA-based software such as JIRA and more. All of those software have a similar objectives, dealing with issues that arise with a software product.

From all of these applications, we use Eventum on one of our clients. Even the funny thing are that company did not produce the software, but it's a civil construction company. Luckily Eventum has a high flexibility, which allows us to customize with the needs of those company.
