In software development business, we have a software to deal with the issues (Issue Manager) which occurs both in the process of development, implementation or after a software release.
This kind of software is widely available on the Internet, started from a free and based on Python such as Trac, PHP-based such as Eventum (from MySQL), to commercial JAVA-based software such as JIRA and more. All of those software have a similar objectives, dealing with issues that arise with a software product.
From all of these applications, we use Eventum on one of our clients. Even the funny thing are that company did not produce the software, but it's a civil construction company. Luckily Eventum has a high flexibility, which allows us to customize with the needs of those company.
On Thursday, August 6, 2009, Restobiz implemented at "Handayani" Restaurant which is located at Jl. Kadrie Oening 57, Samarinda. Implementation carried out on the last day of their "Soft Opening" preparations, today, August 7, 2009.
"Handayani" Restaurant has same ownership group with Taman Hidangan "Godhong Gedhang", where this Restobiz software has been previously implemented last year.
The plan is this Restobiz software will be installed at the three entry points (currently only two) to help input process of customer's order.
