   For members who want to consult with the consultants are expected to consider the following points:

   1. Please use the forum facility to post a questions and the answers so it would properly documented. And if another member is having same queries, they could just look at the information in the forum's archive.
   2. You are not allowed to contact the consultant by using Short Message Service (SMS). Please contact by phone if your have an urgent and important problems to solved.
       
2. Software Development

   Individuals or organizations who want to make an application please consider the following points:

   1. Software that developed must not built using illegal tools or commercial language.
   2. You are advised to provide voluntary donation (in accordance with ability) to change the team's operational costs.
       
3. Implementation Service

   Individuals or organizations who want assistance in software implementation process please consider the following points:

   1. Software to be installed is not within the category of pirated or illegal software.
   2. You are advised to replace the Implementor accommodation costs and give a voluntary donation (in accordance with ability).
